About the Role

Marsh, a global leader in insurance broking and risk management, is seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an Associate Client Executive. This role is based in the Ottawa office and offers a unique opportunity to work with clients and partners to deliver exceptional service and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their risk management needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Partner with Client Executives to support client service efforts and drive cross-selling opportunities.
  • Analyze client exposure loss experience and current coverage to determine product/service requirements.
  • Implement and maintain quality service plans to ensure accuracy and timeliness of binders, policies, and other relevant documents.
  • Manage timely billing and collection for each client.
  • Develop working relationships with all functions within the company to improve client service and increase cross-selling opportunities.
  • Comply with Marsh Excellence and Professional Standards to ensure quality service to all clients.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience working with commercial insurance from a consulting space.
  • RIBO license or ability to obtain one within 3 months of hire.
  • Proficient with MS Office.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Technical background or experience working in the technology industry.
  • Client services experience.
