About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team in Toronto, Canada. As a key member of our Canadian Strategic Account Services (SAS) Core organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth for our largest Sellers on the Amazon Canada Store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic joint business plans with Sellers to drive growth and improve end-customer experience.
  • Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and influence long-term growth.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and business advocate for Sellers, providing tailored solutions and recommendations to drive business success.
  • Lead business strategy development and design long-term account plans.
  • Implement and track metrics to measure success and quality of Seller relationships.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of professional experience in Buying, Merchandising, Planning, or relevant experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Management Consulting, or negotiating, nurturing, and growing customer relationships.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated success in identifying business opportunities for clients and increasing adoption and utilization of company products.
  • Proven track record of building and cultivating relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Analytical problem-solving ability and experience using data analysis, reporting, and forecasting to guide business decisions.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in E-Commerce, Corporate Retail, Consulting, and/or B2B.
  • Superior communication and presentation skills.
  • Effective territory/account management and strategy development with multi-phase execution and delivery.
  • Understanding of retail math and formulas for making business decisions.
  • Experience using analytical, account management, and productivity tools.
