About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team at AJP Facility Contract Management Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers and financial statements.
  • Accounting Tasks: Perform various accounting tasks, such as calculating and preparing cheques for payroll, calculating fixed assets and depreciation, and reconciling accounts.
  • Bookkeeping: Use manual and computerized bookkeeping systems to keep financial records and establish, maintain, and balance various accounts.
  • Financial Analysis: Prepare trial balance of books and provide financial analysis to support business decisions.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
  • Work Setting: Urban area.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, repetitive tasks, and tight deadlines.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, dependable, organized, and able to work in a team environment.
What We Offer
