Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Food Service Supervisor to join our team at IPSP Solutions Inc.
Job Summary:The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all food is prepared and served to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the needs of our customers and staff.
- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standards.
- Train Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure that they are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
- Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation to ensure that we have sufficient stock to meet demand.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet quality control standards, and address any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform our purchasing and inventory decisions.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on the performance of the food service department.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service environment.
- Supervision: 3-4 people.
