- Financial Management: Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses, ensuring the store operates within budget.
- Supervision: Supervise a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance goals.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in accounting software, database software, project management software, and inventory control software.
- Language: Fluency in English.
