General Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Store Manager to join our team at T&P Elegant Nails Spa. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Store Operations: Direct and control daily store operations, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
- Market Research: Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and competitor activity.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine merchandise and services to be sold, and implement pricing and credit policies.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Financial Management: Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses.
- Staffing and Supervision: Determine staffing requirements, recruit, hire, and supervise staff, and oversee payroll administration.
- Education: Bachelor's degree.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in retail management.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in accounting and inventory management software.
This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
