General Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Store Manager to join our team at T&P Elegant Nails Spa. As a General Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of our retail store, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and store operations.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving stock, to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Store Operations: Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and security.
- Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and drive business growth.
- Financial Management: Manage store finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in accounting software.
