As a member of our pharmacy team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional patient-centered care and surpassing patient expectations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Building strong relationships to exceed customer expectations and deliver tailored solutions.
- Implementing pharmacy initiatives and product launches to enhance patient service standards, boost sales, manage labor costs, monitor profit margins, and minimize losses.
- Fostering a positive, patient-oriented culture while ensuring product availability and maintaining high customer service standards.
- Developing and tracking business plans to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Engaging in all aspects of Fusion to guarantee seamless patient care and a consistent pharmacy experience across all locations.
- Acting as a representative of the company values, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within the pharmacy environment.
- Overseeing the selection, onboarding, training, performance management, and succession planning of pharmacy staff.
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies, processes, and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
- Must hold a valid Pharmacist license in good standing within the province of responsibility.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a licensed pharmacist is required.
- Experience with Kroll software is preferred.
