Key Responsibilities
  • Lease Administration
    • Ensure that all lease agreements are up-to-date and compliant with company policies.
    • Prepare and administer contracts for property services, including maintenance and repairs.
  • Property Maintenance
    • Coordinate the implementation of repairs, maintenance, and renovations to ensure timely completion and within budget.
    • Monitor progress and costs of work for property owners.
  • Financial Management

  • Communication

Requirements
