At Holdings Ltd., we are seeking a skilled Property Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the terms of lease agreements are met, preparing and administering contracts for property services, and coordinating the implementation of repairs, maintenance, and renovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with lease agreements and property regulations
  • Prepare and administer contracts for property services, including maintenance and repairs
  • Coordinate the implementation of renovation and maintenance projects
  • Monitor progress and costs of work for property owners
  • Compile and maintain records of operating expenses and income
  • Prepare expense and income reports
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience in property management or a related field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
  • MS Office skills
  • Knowledge of property management software
  • Experience with budgeting and financial management
