Job Title: Property Administrator

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Administrator to join our team at Holdings Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our properties, including managing lease agreements, preparing contracts, and coordinating repairs and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure terms of lease agreements are met
  • Prepare and administer contracts for property services, such as maintenance
  • Co-ordinate implementation of repairs, maintenance and renovation
  • Monitor progress and cost of work for property owners
  • Compile and maintain records on operating expenses and income
  • Prepare expense and income reports
  • Ensure response to trouble calls from clients or tenants

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
