Job Title: Property Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Administrator to join our team at Holdings Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure that lease agreements are met and contracts for property services are prepared and administered.
  • Coordinate the implementation of repairs, maintenance, and renovation projects, monitoring progress and costs for property owners.
  • Compile and maintain records on operating expenses and income, preparing expense and income reports.
  • Respond to trouble calls from clients or tenants, providing excellent customer service.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Experience in property management an asset.
Work Environment:

Fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail and excellent customer service.

Language:

English.

Hours of Work:

35 hours per week.
