Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Holo Restaurants Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food service operations.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
- Operations Management
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
- Staff Management
- Hire and manage food service staff to ensure the right skills and experience are in place to deliver excellent customer service.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Permanent position.
- 40 hours per week.
- Work Language: English.
