Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 6198 NWT LTD. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food quality meets the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise Food Service Staff: Lead and manage a team of food service staff, including food service counter attendants and food preparers, kitchen and food service helpers, and other support staff.
  • Ensure Food Quality: Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety, ensuring that all food is prepared and served to our customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Manage Work Environment: Oversee the maintenance of a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations and guidelines.
  • Monitor Performance: Regularly monitor the performance of food service staff, providing feedback and coaching to improve their skills and productivity.
  • Collaborate with Colleagues: Work closely with other departments, including kitchen and front-of-house staff, to ensure seamless service delivery and to address any issues that may arise.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this position.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment is preferred.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: This role requires standing for extended periods, walking, and working in a fast-paced environment.
