Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 6198 NWT LTD. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food quality meets the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise Food Service Staff: Lead and manage a team of food service staff, including food service counter attendants and food preparers, to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Manage Food Service Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the food service department, including food preparation, serving, and cleaning.
  • Ensure Food Quality: Monitor and maintain the highest standards of food quality, ensuring that all food is prepared and served safely and to the highest standards.
  • Manage Inventory and Supplies: Manage inventory and supplies, including ordering and receiving stock, to ensure that the food service department has the necessary resources to operate effectively.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this position.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment is required.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and walking.
