We are looking for a skilled and motivated Senior Manager to oversee our ServiceNow development unit within the Identity and Access Management (IAM) sector. Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct the design, architecture, and development of ServiceNow applications, ensuring they are scalable, efficient, and secure within the IAM framework.
  • Collaborate with various teams to gather requirements, create solutions, and deploy ServiceNow workflows that meet business objectives.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to a team of ServiceNow developers, promoting a culture of continuous enhancement and creativity.
  • Ensure compliance with best practices in ServiceNow development, including coding standards and documentation.
  • Proactively identify potential challenges and areas for enhancement within the ServiceNow platform, driving the execution of solutions.

Qualifications for Success:

Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
  • Over 5 years of solid technical development experience in Java or JavaScript.
  • 4-5 years of practical experience in ServiceNow development, with a proven record of designing and architecting intricate ServiceNow applications.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, with the capability to manage, mentor, and cultivate a team of ServiceNow professionals.
  • A proactive approach with the ability to foresee challenges, suggest solutions, and drive projects forward. Highly motivated with the capacity to work independently and effectively.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with AngularJS and Service Portal development in ServiceNow.
  • Understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles and best practices.
