Job Title: Senior IAM Systems Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IAM Systems Engineer to lead our Privileged Access Management (PAM) Services within Royal Bank of Canada. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting PAM solutions, ensuring the security and integrity of our systems.

Key Responsibilities:

* Participate in the full lifecycle of development and implementation of PAM services and associated IAM policies and processes.
* Be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on CyberArk solutions, architecture, tools, and products.
* Provide guidance during implementation from a technical perspective on issues such as performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
* Participate in architecture and design discussions around solutions and enhancements.
* Identify opportunities for efficiencies by leveraging automation and other techniques.
* Establish strong working relationships across business units and platforms to build influence and impact with key business partners.

Requirements:

* 4-7 years of IAM experience with strong knowledge in development (installation, configuration, and coding) of CyberArk PAS Solution and Application Credential Management.
* Understanding of LDAP-based identity stores like Windows Active Directory.
* Strong experience with shell scripting, PowerShell, Python, Java, and C#.
* Experience with databases, SQL, and virtualization tools like VMWare or Hyper-V.
* Knowledge of network security, authentication, and authorization.
* Extensive expertise deploying software as well as strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills on Windows and UNIX/Linux platforms.
