Position Overview

The Sales Account Manager will primarily focus on driving group ticket sales for various sports events. This role is essential in enhancing the overall performance of the Ticket Sales and Service division by achieving and surpassing sales objectives while innovating group event strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify potential group sales opportunities through proactive outreach methods including cold calling, email campaigns, social networking, and in-person meetings.
  • Design and implement group ticket sales initiatives targeting diverse categories such as corporate entities, youth sports teams, educational institutions, and community organizations.
  • Oversee game day activities, ensuring successful execution of group events and client engagement.
  • Achieve or exceed established revenue goals for group ticket sales.
  • Provide exceptional communication and customer service to foster client retention and referrals.
  • Prepare and present compelling sales proposals to prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to promote business growth year after year.
  • Manage ticketing operations, ensuring accurate administration and financial reconciliation.
  • Utilize CRM systems effectively to monitor sales progress and guide daily activities.
  • Adapt to evolving business needs, including participation in major events.
  • Collaborate with a dynamic sales team to drive results across multiple sports properties.
