Job Title: Postgraduate Certificates and Placement Liaison
Job Purpose: Under the supervision of the Director of the School of Business, the Postgraduate Certificates (PGC) and Placement Liaison serves as the primary contact for postgraduate certificate programs. This role encompasses a range of administrative responsibilities, data management, and clerical functions essential for the effective operation of postgraduate certificate offerings.
This position is also integral to the placement program, which involves:
- Engaging with agencies and students to facilitate communication.
- Evaluating student applications for placement opportunities.
- Recruiting and maintaining relationships with placement agencies.
- Editing and managing job postings to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborating with students to ensure they meet all academic and health and safety prerequisites prior to commencing placements.
- Updating and managing databases and online platforms to track student progress and compliance.
