Job Title: Director, Clinical Operations

Fraser Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Clinical Operations to lead our clinical departments and services. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and oversight to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic and operational planning, integration, and implementation of clinical programs and services.
  • Collaborate with physicians, clinical, and support leaders to design, implement, and sustain integrated clinical programs.
  • Oversee the development of policies and procedures to support integration and standardization of health programs and services.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care through effective leadership and management of clinical departments and services.
  • Represent Fraser Health in the health service community, civic, and provincial governments.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a field related to healthcare management.
  • Seven to ten years of recent, progressively responsible leadership experience in healthcare management.
  • Proven leadership abilities to lead complex organizational change and incorporate department/site needs within the broader context of the health delivery system.
  • Sound working knowledge of planning concepts related to service delivery, budgetary, staffing, quality, and strategic initiatives.
