Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Head Cashier to join our team at TANDOORI HAVELI WOK N ROLL INC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our cash handling processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Authorize Payments

Verify customer payments and authorize transactions in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Prepare Sales Reports

Compile and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

  • Resolve Customer Issues

Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Manage Cash Handling

Count and reconcile cash drawers, and ensure that all cash handling procedures are followed.

  • Process Transactions

Process customer payments, including cash, credit, and debit transactions.

  • Work Term and Hours

This is a permanent position, working 37 hours per week.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

  • Experience

At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail or cash handling environment.

  • Language

Fluency in English is required.
