Job Title: Food Services Manager - Subzi Mandi Cash & Carry

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Food Services Manager to join our team at Subzi Mandi Cash & Carry. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food services department, ensuring that all aspects of food preparation, presentation, and service meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement budget plans to determine the cost of food, ingredients, and supplies.
  • Evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget.
  • Monitor revenues to determine labor costs.
  • Supervise staff to ensure they are meeting performance expectations.
  • Plan and organize daily operations to ensure seamless service.
  • Recruit and train staff to meet the needs of the department.
  • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
  • Address customer complaints and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:

  • Safe Food Handling certificate.
  • 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
