Job Summary

Husky is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our sales floor and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Merchandise Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that our store is well-stocked and visually appealing.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers leave the store satisfied.
  • Operations and Administration: Authorize payments, manage returns, and prepare reports on sales volumes and personnel matters.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
