The Opportunity:

  • The IT Technical Analyst is responsible for providing advanced technical support to the Help Desk Level 2 team and assisting the Office 365 Administrator / Azure Administrator with the management and maintenance of the organization's cloud infrastructure. This role involves troubleshooting complex technical issues, supporting end-users, and contributing to the administration and optimization of Office 365 and Azure environments. The IT Technical Analyst plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of IT services and supporting the organization's technology needs.

What You Will Bring to The Role:

  • Provide advanced technical support to the Help Desk Level 2 team, including troubleshooting complex issues related to hardware, software, network, and cloud services.
  • Assist in diagnosing and resolving escalated technical incidents, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Participate in the implementation of new IT projects and initiatives, providing technical expertise and support.
  • Set up and manage monitoring tools for Office 365 and Azure to track system health, performance, and security.

Wage Range: The target hiring range for this position is $34.06 - $44.11 per hour. Candidates will typically be hired, transferred or promoted between the minimum and midpoint of the wage range. Placement within the wage range is dependent on the applicants' role-specific knowledge, skills, abilities, related experience and in consideration of factors such as market conditions and internal equity.
