We are seeking a positive and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Door Attendant - Recreation and Cultural Services. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service experiences to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver memorable experiences to our customers by providing opportunities for individuals and groups to participate in a variety of indoor sports and/or activities.
- Monitor rental groups using both gymnasiums, providing equipment, and ensuring their safety.
- Maintain updates about the rental groups in a logbook during and at the end of your shift.
- Implement and complete the set-up and takedown procedures of various sports and/or activities.
- Standard First Aid and CPR-C certificates are considered an asset.
- Previous customer service training and experience is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of setting up various indoor sports and/or activities is required.
- A competitive salary range of $22.44 to $26.18 per hour, plus 12% in lieu of benefits.
- A great working environment with opportunities for growth and development.
This is an auxiliary position which may involve shift work, primarily on weekends between 8am – 10pm and occasional weeknights.
