Front Desk Associate

Job Summary:
The Front Desk Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the Front Desk/Reception area of the building.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and tenants in a professional and courteous manner
- Ensure and enforce community rules and regulations
- Manage keys and sign-in roster
- Perform security duties, including monitoring the front door and patrolling the building
- Provide building information to clients, including safety systems and guest protocols
- Allow safe and timely access and egress to the building
Requirements:
- Grade 12 education or equivalent
- Certificate in Building Service or Security Guard Training
- First Aid Certificate
- Ministry of Justice Criminal Record clearance
