  • Check tickets and assist guests in finding their seats.
  • Show guests where to find exits, bathrooms, and concession stands.
  • Answer customer questions, handle complaints, and provide suggestions.

  • Seat guests in an orderly fashion and provide light assistance when necessary.
  • Help identify and address any disorderly behavior.
  • Ensure safety rules are followed and exit pathways are properly lit.
  • Clean the big top, including sweeping and mopping, and dispose of debris in trash receptacles.
  • Provide assistance to guests with special needs.
  • Ensure exit pathways are clear and unobstructed.
  • Assist guests with mobility issues, such as helping them up and down stairs or onto ramps.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work in a loud environment.
  • Professional, clean appearance with a straight posture.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and travel up and down stairs frequently.
  • Understanding of customer service and hospitality principles.
  • Ability to work well with others and pay attention to details.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and provide a welcoming and friendly attitude.
  • Knowledge of safety procedures and protocols.
  • Ability to speak English; other languages are an asset.
  • Legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada.
