- Seat guests in an orderly fashion and provide light assistance when necessary.
- Help identify and address any disorderly behavior.
- Ensure safety rules are followed and exit pathways are properly lit.
- Clean the big top, including sweeping and mopping, and dispose of debris in trash receptacles.
- Provide assistance to guests with special needs.
- Ensure exit pathways are clear and unobstructed.
- Assist guests with mobility issues, such as helping them up and down stairs or onto ramps.
- Ability to work in a loud environment.
- Professional, clean appearance with a straight posture.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and travel up and down stairs frequently.
- Understanding of customer service and hospitality principles.
- Ability to work well with others and pay attention to details.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and provide a welcoming and friendly attitude.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and protocols.
- Ability to speak English; other languages are an asset.
- Legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada.
