  • Set and drive clinic metrics to achieve success and growth.
  • Hire, onboard, and train new staff to meet business requirements.
  • Schedule staff and doctors to meet business needs.
  • Manage business expenditure within budget.
  • Process payments, banking, and inventory management.
  • Lead daily clinic operations and ensure smooth business operations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum two years' experience in customer service-focused retail or coaching/leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of achieving business goals and KPIs.
  • Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deliver results through successful people management.
  • General PC knowledge, including Microsoft Office.
