Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at CENTEX PETROLEUM. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of retail staff, providing guidance, coaching, and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Analyze sales data and trends to inform merchandising decisions, ensuring that our store is stocked with the right products to meet customer demand.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of merchandise, ensuring that inventory levels are accurate and that stock is rotated regularly.
  • Customer Service: Foster a positive and welcoming store environment, ensuring that customers receive exceptional service and support.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement to inform business decisions.
  • Store Operations: Ensure that the store is maintained in a clean and safe condition, adhering to company standards and regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week
