Personal Lines Insurance Broker

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Personal Lines Insurance Broker to join our team at GGB - Global. As a Personal Lines Insurance Broker, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, handling client file activities, and maintaining retention targets.
Key Responsibilities- Provide outstanding day-to-day service to clients and handle client file activities to maintain retention targets.
- Acquire expiry dates at time of policy renewal and explore opportunities to place new business.
- Attain premium growth targets by cross-selling, up-selling appropriate coverages, and new business.
- Binds accounts/coverage with insurer.
- Maintain professional relationships with key underwriters to ensure maximization of new business growth and retention opportunities.
- 3+ years of experience in Personal Insurance.
- Valid RIBO license is required or willingness to acquire within 3 months.
- CIP, FCIP, or CAIB designation or working towards completion is considered an asset.
- Strong analytical, organization, and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to and work collaboratively with various individuals.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products and experience with Broker Management Systems like EPIC and rating engines is an asset.
