Job Summary

Nutreco, a leading global provider of innovative aquafeed solutions and animal nutrition, is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to join its HR Services hub. As a key member of the Payroll team, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with local and global standards, and delivering exceptional service to the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Payroll team in North America, providing guidance and direction to ensure timely and accurate execution of payroll transactions and queries.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance service levels, compliance, and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with HR business partners, HR managers, and CoE managers to roll out new payroll policies and procedures.
  • Manage payroll-related projects, ensuring effective controls are in place to meet audit requirements.
  • Proactively manage payroll channels, customer contact, and service level expectations with HR BP's and business representatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
  • 10 years of relevant payroll experience and 3-5 years of management experience.
  • Excellent communication and written skills in English and French, with Spanish as an asset.
  • Industry payroll designation, such as PCP or CPM, is preferred.
  • Knowledge of US, Canadian, and Quebec Provincial Legislation.
  • Experience with ADP, Ceridian, and Workday is an asset.
