About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Caregiver Assistant to join our team at Alice Melong/Ron Melong. As a Caregiver Assistant, you will provide essential support to our clients in their homes, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients, promoting their independence and dignity.
  • Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene, maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Encourage regular exercise, such as walking, to promote physical and mental well-being.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, considering clients' dietary needs and preferences.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support, engaging in activities that bring joy and stimulation.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Criminal record check.
  • Punctuality, client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, reliability, team player, patience, and honesty.
Work Environment

As a Caregiver Assistant, you will work in a variety of settings, including clients' homes, with a focus on providing personalized care and support.
