Investment Banking Vice President

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President to join our Power & Utilities team in Investment Banking. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing transactions, providing market and industry expertise, and developing high-impact presentations.
Key Responsibilities- Transaction Execution: Execute transactions in all product areas, including Mergers, Acquisitions, Equity Capital Markets, Debt Capital Markets, and Leveraged Finance.
- Market and Industry Expertise: Demonstrate relevant market and industry knowledge to provide valuable insights to clients.
- Presentation Development: Structure and deliver high-impact presentations, including liaising with product partners.
- Financial Modeling: Help structure, review, and validate financial models and associated valuation and credit statistics.
- Team Leadership: Direct, train, and develop staff to enable them to meet challenges, department objectives, and achieve full potential.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain client relationships, including liaising with clients at all levels.
- Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality of client information.
- Experience: 5+ years of relevant work experience, with at least 3 years as an Associate/Vice President in a reputable Investment Banking firm.
- Education: Undergraduate or graduate degree in a relevant field with outstanding academic qualifications.
- Skills: Strong quantitative and analytical skills, attention to detail, and client focus. Strategic and creative thinking, distinguished written and oral communication skills, and the ability to learn quickly and take on new responsibilities.
