OMERS is a leading global real estate investor, developer, and manager. We are seeking a Brand Manager to join our corporate brand, marketing, and communications team.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute effective brand marketing programs and operations across multiple channels and mediums to advance the company's strategic plan.
- Partner with multiple stakeholders globally to support business strategy and drive brand awareness and equity.
- Manage all aspects of brand management, including architecture, strategy, tone of voice, and visual identity, ensuring alignment with Oxford's overall business strategy.
- Develop and execute strategic brand and marketing initiatives in partnership with the team to contribute to building Oxford's brand awareness and equity.
- Evaluate priorities as they relate to business objectives and contribute to broader brand and marketing initiatives in support of the company's strategic plan and future vision.
- Professional presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- A collaborative approach to working with global internal and external customers and a passion for building relationships based in partnership and trust.
- Highly organized with a strong ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Strong curiosity, judgment, and confidence in decision making, with a mature approach to engaging with colleagues and stakeholders of all levels across multiple geographies.
- Comfort with adapting to changing processes and continually evolving business priorities.
- Passion for learning new and evolving marketing technology solutions.
- Comfortable reading and understanding data and analytics to support our team's goals and objectives.
- Results-oriented and execution-focused, possessing a bias for action.
- Superior communication skills; both written and oral.
- Proactive with excellent organizational and time management skills.
