Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Youth Worker. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young people in our community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement programs that promote the physical, emotional, and social well-being of youth.
  • Build and maintain relationships with youth, families, and community partners to ensure a supportive and inclusive environment.
  • Provide guidance and support to youth in achieving their goals and overcoming challenges.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and deliver programs that meet the diverse needs of our community.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote the safety and well-being of youth.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire youth.
