AutoCanada is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Manager to join our team at Maple Ridge Volkswagen. As a key member of our Service Department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the Service Department, ensuring maximum productivity, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
  • Lead a team of technicians, advisors, and shop foremen, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase customer retention, loyalty, and sales.
  • Manage department budgets, expenses, and inventory, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences and drive business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and manufacturer requirements, ensuring compliance and excellence.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in an automotive dealership Service Department, with a proven track record of success.
  • 3-5 years of management experience, with a focus on customer service, team leadership, and sales growth.
  • Working knowledge of industry standards, practices, and technologies, including ADP/CDK and service applications.
  • A valid driver's license and a safe driving history.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
