Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the Service Department, ensuring maximum productivity and efficiency.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of technicians, advisors, and service writers.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
  • Manage department budgets, expenses, and inventory.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and manufacturer requirements.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in an automotive dealership Service Department.
  • 3-5 years of management experience.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
