Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stock Coordinator to join our team at Little Burgundy. As a Stock Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our inventory management processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Verify the accuracy of incoming and outgoing products, including checking against purchase orders and inventory records.
  • Ensure the proper handling and storage of merchandise, including receiving, stocking, and rotating inventory.
  • Maintain a clean and organized stockroom environment, adhering to company standards and procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with store staff and management to resolve any inventory-related issues or discrepancies.
  • Perform regular cycle counts and audits to ensure inventory accuracy and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the store management team to develop and implement inventory management strategies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Physical ability to lift and move boxes up to 50 pounds (23 kg) and stand for long periods.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
