We're looking for a talented and enthusiastic Retail Store Associate Part Time to join our team at Winners. As a key member of our store team, you'll play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving sales growth.

What You'll Do

As a Retail Store Associate Part Time, you'll be responsible for:

  • Greeting customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, providing excellent customer service and answering questions about merchandise, prices, and promotions.
  • Processing daily shipments, organizing, and setting up the warehouse area to ensure all merchandise is received, processed, and presented in a visually appealing way.
  • Demonstrating a high level of customer service while processing refunds, exchanges, and purchases in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Assisting with Fitting Room duties, ensuring the counter area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with supplies.

What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school education or equivalent work experience.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and time management skills.
  • The ability to set up and maintain a warehouse environment.
