We're looking for a talented and enthusiastic Retail Store Associate to join our team at Winners. As a key member of our store team, you'll play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and ensuring our store runs smoothly.
What You'll Do
As a Retail Store Associate, you'll be responsible for:
- Greeting customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, providing excellent customer service and answering questions about our products
- Processing daily shipments, organizing and setting up the warehouse area, and maintaining merchandise presentation standards
- Assisting with fitting room duties, ensuring the counter area is clean and organized, and providing excellent customer service
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide an exceptional customer experience
What You'll Need
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school education or equivalent work experience
- Excellent customer service, communication, and time management skills
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
