Key Responsibilities:- Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, providing excellent customer service and answering questions about merchandise, prices, and promotions.
- Process daily shipments, organize, and set up the warehouse area, ensuring all merchandise is received, processed, and presented in a visually appealing way.
- Process refunds, exchanges, and purchases in accordance with company guidelines, demonstrating a high degree of customer service.
- Assist with Fitting Room duties, ensuring the counter area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with supplies.
- High school education or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and time management skills.
- The ability to set up and maintain a warehouse environment.
