About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Store Associate Part Time at Winners. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, providing assistance with finding products and answering questions about merchandise.
- Process daily shipments, organize, and set up the warehouse area, ensuring all merchandise is received, processed, and presented in a visually appealing manner.
- Process refunds, exchanges, and purchases in accordance with company guidelines, demonstrating a high level of customer service.
- Assist with Fitting Room duties, ensuring the counter area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with supplies.
- Support the sales process by maintaining a thorough knowledge of products, promotions, and store policies.
Requirements
- High school education or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and time management skills.
- Ability to set up and maintain a warehouse environment.
