Position Summary:- Formulate and implement marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
- Oversee marketing initiatives across various platforms including digital, social media, and conventional channels
- Evaluate market insights to pinpoint target demographics and emerging trends
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to devise and execute effective marketing campaigns
- Enhance campaign effectiveness and suggest improvements based on performance data
- Manage resource allocation and monitor the marketing budget effectively
- Measure key marketing performance indicators to support data-driven decision-making
- Keep abreast of industry developments and leading practices
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years in marketing, ideally in a senior capacity
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related discipline
- Demonstrated success in developing effective marketing strategies
- Strong analytical skills coupled with problem-solving capabilities
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and technologies
- Experience in the employment sector is advantageous
