Restaurant Operations Manager

At jjj foods ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of our dining establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Supervise a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their job responsibilities.
- Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including inventory management, cost control, and health and safety regulations.
- Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service, addressing any complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Negotiation and Communication: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, and communicate effectively with clients for catering or use of facilities.
- Education: College/CEGEP degree in a related field.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, organized, reliable, and a team player.
The Restaurant Manager will work in a fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The workload will be large, but the reward will be seeing the success of our dining establishment.
What We Offer- Permanent position with 35 hours per week.
