Job Title: Light Duty Cleaner

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Light Duty Cleaner to join our team at Spirit Ridge Owner Association.

Job Summary:

The Light Duty Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors, dusting furniture, and vacuuming carpets and upholstered furniture.

Responsibilities:
  • Sweep, mop, and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Dust furniture and fixtures to ensure a clean and tidy appearance
  • Vacuum carpets, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture to maintain a clean and dust-free environment
  • Make beds and change sheets to ensure a clean and comfortable environment for guests
  • Distribute clean towels and toiletries to guests
  • Stock linen closets to ensure a sufficient supply of linens
  • Clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances to maintain a clean and hygienic environment
  • Disinfect operating rooms and other areas to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Clean and disinfect elevators to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Handle and report lost and found items to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
  • Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items to provide excellent customer service
  • Provide basic information on facilities to guests
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Wash windows, walls, and ceilings to maintain a clean and tidy appearance
  • Clean changing rooms and showers to maintain a clean and hygienic environment
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns to provide excellent customer service
Requirements:
  • Work under pressure to meet deadlines and maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Perform repetitive tasks to maintain a clean and tidy environment
  • Pay attention to detail to ensure a clean and safe environment
  • Stand for extended periods to perform cleaning tasks
Working Conditions:
