Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell new and used material handling machinery within the assigned Area Of Responsibility (AOR).
  • Conduct travel throughout the AOR to effectively engage with current and potential clients.
  • Actively work on expanding our customer base by:
    • Increasing sales with existing clients
    • Attracting new clientele
    • Identifying and nurturing Key Strategic Customers (both existing and new) and implementing a growth strategy
    • Fostering strong relationships
  • Stay informed about clients' business operations and requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed reports on customer interactions, including:
    • Sales activity logs
    • Lists of current and prospective clients
  • Design and implement marketing and promotional initiatives for your AOR.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and industry trends.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of all sales documentation.
  • Manage travel logistics and expenses efficiently.
  • Perform additional tasks as required.

Required Skills

  • Highly motivated, energetic, and target-oriented.
  • Demonstrated success in driving sales growth within a defined territory.
  • Familiarity with the Material Handling sector, with prior experience in a related role.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
  • Willingness to travel within the designated area of responsibility (AOR).
  • Possession of a valid driver's license (recent driving record may be requested).
  • Must hold a valid passport and be open to international travel.
  • Bilingualism (English & French) is a valuable asset.

Required Experience

  • Enthusiastic, energetic, and goal-driven.
  • Proven track record of building and enhancing sales in a designated territory.
  • Experience in the Material Handling industry is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Ability to travel throughout the assigned area of responsibility (AOR).
  • Valid driver's license required (recent driver's abstract may be needed).
  • Possession of a valid passport and willingness to travel internationally.
  • Bilingual (English & French) is considered advantageous.
