Working Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days from Home)

Your Role

As a Senior CyberArk Security Engineer, you will play a crucial role in fortifying our security infrastructure. You will design and implement effective privileged access management strategies, providing expert support and guidance to ensure the integrity of our digital assets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Privileged Access Management development team, serving as the escalation point for privileged IDs for employee and partner accounts.
  • Collaborate with various teams to integrate applications with CyberArk for password management using CCP, CP, or REST/API.
  • Work closely with business unit leaders globally to implement a seamless CyberArk solution, ensuring compliance with established policies and standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve endpoint issues related to CyberArk connectivity, password rotation, vault management, and infrastructure support.
  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert within the CyberArk environment.
  • Contribute to the strategic planning and direction of Privileged Access Management across the organization.
  • Research and evaluate PAM tools and products in the market for suitability within our environment.
  • Oversee the governance structure of the PAM program, providing regular updates to senior management.
  • Promote best practices in Privileged Access control through educational initiatives and awareness programs.
  • Mentor and develop team members, guiding them in resolving complex issues.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or Information Security with 5 to 7 years of relevant experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in Privileged Access Management (PAM) and cybersecurity risk management.
  • Strong expertise in CyberArk administration, including Endpoint Privilege Manager (EPM), EPV, PSM, PVWA, and CPM.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills, capable of working independently or collaboratively.
  • Proficient in documenting processes and workflows.
  • Ability to coach and transfer knowledge effectively to stakeholders.
  • Possession of at least one information security certification (e.g., CyberArk Defender, CyberArk Sentry, CISSP, CIAM, CISM, SANS) is advantageous.
  • Advanced knowledge of security systems, access controls, network security, incident response, and risk management frameworks.
  • Strong communication skills, including negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Experience in leading change management initiatives effectively.

Essential Skills

  • Hands-on development skills in scripting, REST/API, and PowerShell.
  • Practical experience with CyberArk application integration using CCP, CP, and REST/API.
  • Experience in building customized connectors (CPM, PVWA, PSM).
  • Hands-on experience in implementing CyberArk, including upgrades and migrations.
  • Familiarity with various platforms such as Wintel, Unix/Linux, and databases.
  • Experience in cloud environments.
