Senior Security Platform Specialist at Mackenzie Investments

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Expert to join our team at Mackenzie Investments. As a Senior Security Platform Specialist, you will play a critical role in creating and implementing secure Identity and Access Management solutions across various business areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Implement strategic security architectures for hybrid technology stacks to ensure seamless integration and maximum security.
  • Lead as a Subject Matter Expert in Identity and Access Management platforms, providing guidance and support to cross-functional teams.
  • Develop and Implement IAM and PAM solutions for multi-cloud environments, ensuring scalability and reliability.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams to ensure security architecture alignment and effective communication.
  • Lead the Development of toolsets for centralized and secure access management, driving innovation and efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • University Degree with 5+ years of experience in IAM and PAM architectures, with a strong focus on cybersecurity.
  • Hands-on Experience with SailPoint IdentityNow and CyberArk PAM solutions, with a deep understanding of their capabilities and limitations.
  • Expertise in Protocols such as SAML, OAuth, OIDC, and LDAP, with a strong understanding of their applications and use cases.
  • Certifications in SailPoint and CyberArk are highly valued, but not required.
  • Strong Problem-Solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze complex security issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of the Financial Services Industry is a plus, with a strong understanding of the unique security challenges and requirements.
