Organizational Development Consultant

**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced Organizational Development Consultant to join our team at Alberta Pensions Services Corporation. As an OD Consultant, you will play a key role in planning and implementing best practice for Organizational Development and Change Management solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Act as an agent of change for the organization, focusing on the people side of change, including organizational culture change
* Develop, deliver, and evaluate OD programs that support the strategic priorities of APS
* Support the development and implementation of change management plans and strategies that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance
* Design, develop, deliver, and evaluate Organizational Development services that align with and support the achievement of APS' strategic plan and desired culture

**Requirements**

* Bachelor's degree in organizational development, business, human resources or related field
* Three to five years of experience providing organizational development and internal consultation and facilitation in a complex organization
* Certification in change and transition management, project management, executive coaching, or personality assessment administration
* Formal training in leadership development approaches, group facilitation or organizational effectiveness
