We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Car Wash Manager to join our team at 2420811 Alberta Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our car wash facility.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Management: Establish and implement policies and procedures for staff, including training and performance evaluations.
- Contract Management: Manage contracts for advertising and marketing strategies to promote our services.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Work Setting: Car wash environment.
- Supervision: 3-4 people.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking in a fast-paced environment.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, excellent oral and written communication, organized, and team player.
- Hours of Work: 30 to 35 hours per week.
- Language of Work: English.
- Duration of Employment: Permanent.
